moving people is thisrty work

This is true as many people found it is hard to start doing exercise regularly or if they have alredy been doing it, it is really hard for them to adhere with their exercise. Why so? the answer is an easy piece, because you start with unreasonable goals. For example, many people start doing exercise to loosing their body weight. This is an acceptable reason yet the technical settings sometimes are set anachievable. They want to loose weight within less than 2 or 3 weeks and if they do not see this result, then they will feel upset and drop out from their exercise. So... a fair advice here is start doing exercise with reasonable goals......to be continued
